Maiiro shines at the Natural Health Beauty Awards

Maiiro is experiencing a summer of love for its unique range of natural skincare with recent recognition as ‘Organic Innovators’ at the Natural Health Beauty Awards 2021 (NHBA 2021).

The awards ceremony, now in its 16th year, celebrated the international natural beauty market’s top organic and ethical products - showcasing the very best the industry has to offer - the products that will exceed expectations in every way possible.’

High-profile influencer Scott McGlynn, the ‘Skincare King’, and the judge of the NHBA 2021 ‘Male Grooming, All-Rounders’ category gave a big thumbs-up, with Maiiro recieving a “Highly Commended” award. 

Maiiro’s founder, Katy Rowe commented, ‘Over 1,000 products were entered into this year’s Natural Health Beauty Awards and for Maiiro to be a winning brand, especially being recognised as an “Organic Innovator” makes me so proud. At times like this, I am especially proud of my Guernsey heritage and the wonderful natural environment I had the privilege to grow up with. It is what has driven me, and continues to motivate me, to create sustainable skincare everyone can benefit from, while at the same time keep our precious environment intact.’

The Natural Health Beauty Awards panel discussed the fact that quality counts and natural ingredients which deliver results, while considering the environmental consequences of production and packaging, were becoming the big drivers in beauty industry innovation.

These latest awards follow a summer winning streak which has seen the Maiiro brand receive five impressive awards from the Europe-wide Free From Skincare Awards 2021 and Global Green Beauty Awards 2021, which celebrate the best  green and clean beauty brands.’ .
