We, at Maiiro take the greatest care and pride in delivering your products to you in perfect condition. However, should circumstances outside of our control mean that this is not the case, and your products arrive broken or damaged, then we will endeavour to make this right. Please could you take photographic evidence and email this to sales@maiiro.com where we will review your claim and if found valid, we will replace the item if necessary or offer a full refund.

Should you received the products and not be satisfied for any other reason then please email us at sales@maiiro.com explaining the reason and we will deal with it on an individual basis. Your enjoyment of our products is our first concern and we will do all that is possible to ensure that.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate this return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
